Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup sweet cream butter, cut into pieces
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 10 oz. jar raspberry preserves
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- In medium mixer bowl combine flour, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well combined and mixture resembles small peas (1-2 minures). Stir in 1/2 cup pecans;

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until crumb mixture is lightly browned and preserves are bubbly. Cool completely.
