Dr Oz's cucumber salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 soy sauce
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced in 1/4" slices
  • 1/2 bunch of chives, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Put first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Add cucumber, chives, and sesame seeds, toss to coat evenly
Enjoy!
