Mexican Fudge (Mrs. Tanner)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pepper jack cheese
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp flour

Preparation

Step 1

Shred cheeses and spread in a greased 9x13 pan. Beat milk, eggs, and flour. Pour over cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cut into squares or diamonds.
