  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins soak in wine overnite
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon & allspice
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter

preheat oven to 350f soak bread in milk until absorbed crush with hands in mixer bowl beat eggs sugar vanilla cinnamon allspice salt stir into bread mixture stir in the raisins pour melted butter in a 13x9 inch pan coat pan bottom and sides well pour in mixture in pan bake at 350f for 45 minutes puddin is done when pulls away from sides and nicely brown.
