I first had this at a church pot-luck. It looks a little strange but tastes delicious.

Ingredients

    Cup Brown Sugar

  • 1

    Lg. Can Sauerkraut, drained

  • 1

    Lg. Can Peeled Tomatoes, drained and cut into small pieces

  • ½

    Stick Butter

Directions

Mix together tomatoes, sauerkraut and brown sugar into a baking dish and drizzle with melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for a hour.
