Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 # red potatoes (baby reds, usually sold in a bag)

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes.
Mix together oil, garlic, rosemary and mustard.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line baking sheet with foil.
Torr potatoes with mixture and place on lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10- 15 minutes, until skins are brown.
