Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed watermelon, seeds removed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- Fresh mint leaves

Step 1
1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
2. Place a few mint leaves in each Popsicle mold. Divide watermelon mixture among six molds. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
