Perfectly Fried Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 perfectly fried egg
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced thinly
  • 3 slices of pancetta
  • 1 biscuit or a piece of baguette, cut in half, and warmed
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1.Cut the biscuit or baguette in half.
2.Lay the slices of avocado on top of it, then add the pancetta chips.
3.Cook your perfectly fried egg.
4.Lay the egg on top of the pancetta.
5.In a small bowl, mix the siracha and olive oil together, then drizzle over the egg.
6.Top with the other half of the cut bread.
7.Serve.
8.Eat.
