- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 3 EGGS
- 1 1/2 CUPS RAISINS
- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TSP BAKING PWDR
- 1 TSP SODA
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
- PRALINE MIX: 1 CUP PCKD BRN SUGAR - 2 TSP CINNAMON - 1/3 CUP BUTTER SOFTENED - 3/4 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
- MIX TOGETHER WELL

Step 1
BEAT BUTTER, SUGAR AND VANILLA UNTIL FLUFFY. BLEND IN EGGS 1 AT A TIME. SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING PWDR.,SODA AND SALT. ADD ALTERNATELY WITH SOUR CREAM TO MIXTURE, UNTIL SMOOTH. SPREAD 1/2 INTO GREASED & FLOURED BUNDT PAN. SPRINKLE 1/2 PECAN MIXTURE OVER, THEN ADD REMAINING BATTER & MIXTURE.
BAKE 350
40 T0 45 MIN. COOL IN PAN 10 MIN. TURN ONTO WIRE RACK.
