Parmesan Crusted Fish

Ingredients
- 4 fillets of mild white fish
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 T. butter
- 1 1/2 T. mayonnaise
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/4 - 1/2 t. ground basil, black pepper, onion powder (depending on taste)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients (except for fish)together. Place fish on greased baking dish. Bake for 5-8 min. Spread topping on fish and continue baking until slightly browned and crisped.
