  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup almond flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8 square pan.
Cream together butter and honey using a mixer.
Add cinnamon, egg, pumpkin, and vanilla to the bowl. Mix well.
Stir in flour, 1/4 cup at a time.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
