Ingredients
- 8 medium size potatoes
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 T butter
- salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender. Add butter, cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until fluffy; add salt & pepper. Serve or freeze*. To reheat, thaw in refrigerator.
Put potatoes in casserole dish and bake at 300° until temperature reaches
140°.
