Mushrooms in Wine

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped chives
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 6 Tablespoons dry white wine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Saute mushrooms in butter. Stir in chives, parsley, and wine. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
