7 Layer Salad

Ingredients

  • Top:
  • 1 head iceburg lettuce, torn
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 - 10 oz. pkg frozen peas, uncooked
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • Green onions, sliced
  • 8 slices bacon, fried and diced
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • Shredded cheddar or mozza cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Layer ingredients in a 9x13 dish in order given.
Top: Mix mayo and sugar together. Spread over salad. Top with cheese. Cover and store in fridge 8-12 hours before serving.
