Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- softened
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla and
- 1 Bottle Anise
- extract or
- 1/4 Cup Anisette
- Liquor

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the pizzelle iron.
Cream the butter and sugar
till fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Mix good after each addition.
Add baking powder and vanilla.
Add flour a little at a time.
Mix well. Last add the Anise
or Anisette.
Now you are ready for the iron.
Make sure iron is hot.
