Ingredients
- 1/2 pd sausage
- 4 c cubed white bread (8 slices)
- 2 T milk
- 1 c diced celery
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t poultry seasoning
- 18 t pepper

Step 1
brown sausage, remove and drain. Add bread cubes, drizzle with milk. Stire celery into pan drippings, saute until soft, stir in salt, pultry seasoning and pepper. Pour ver bread and toss
Makes 6 cups or enough to stuff a 8 pd turkey
