Roasted Garlic White Bean Puree

Ingredients

  • 1-15.5-ounce can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 tablespoons roasted garlic puree
  • Â1/2 cup olive oil
  • Â1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Sun-dried Tomato and Olive Spread
  • 1 bunch of basil leaf, radicchio or arugula

Mash beans with olive oil, roasted garlic puree, salt, and pepper.

Spread puree onto crostini. Top with a basil leaf or green of choice. Complete crostini with a dollop of Sun-dried Tomato and Olive Spread.

Serve with Crostini.
