BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 and will bake for 40 minutes. In a large bowl combine 1/3 c vegetable oil and 2 c brown sugar and use electric mixer to blend well. Mix in 2 eggs. Stir in 1 1/2 c flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp salt. Then add 1 tsp vanilla. Add 1 c butterscotch bits. Spread batter into a greased 9"x9" pan. If desired sprinle 1 c butterscotch bits over top. When done, after cooling one minute swirl the bits with a knife to give a marbelized effect. Cover with foil to keep them soft. This receipe was one Kyle picked up from his orthodondist as they put recieps out that are braces friendly.
