Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs or Panko
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 2 / tbsp olive oil
- 4 boneless chicken breast, cut into thin slices
- Easy Spaghetti Sauce or favorite sauce
- 1/4 # mozzarella cheese
- 1 box spaghetti noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Boil spaghetti noodles.
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and salt in a shallow bowl.
Beat egg. Heat oil in frying pan.
Dip chicken in egg and then into bread crumb mixture.
Cook chicken until golden brown and turn.
Place chicken into a foil lined baking sheet and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
