Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs or Panko
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 2 / tbsp olive oil
  • 4 boneless chicken breast, cut into thin slices
  • Easy Spaghetti Sauce or favorite sauce
  • 1/4 # mozzarella cheese
  • 1 box spaghetti noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Boil spaghetti noodles.
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and salt in a shallow bowl.
Beat egg. Heat oil in frying pan.
Dip chicken in egg and then into bread crumb mixture.
Cook chicken until golden brown and turn.
Place chicken into a foil lined baking sheet and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
