Step 1
.this is for a single recipe of 2 cups. you can double it, quadruple it and more as long as you follow the recipe 1/4 c drippings from turkey (or butter, or bacon drippings) 1/4 c flour...mix well, let cook out some without burning, add 2 cups of ONE or a mix of, milk, ck stock or water. I prefer milk, but I have used a blend if I'm short of milk. salt and pepper. bring to a boil so it thickens, turn down to simmer. enjoy!! Believe me, I made some crappy gravy before I got this one
