Sour Cream Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4- 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion or onion flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, sour cream, mayo, cheese, onion and lemon juice in a medium bowl.

Place chicken in a 9x 13 pan and cover with mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
