Ingredients

  • Mix together:

    cup cottage cheese

  • 1

    pkg cream cheese

  • 1/2

    cup sour cream

  • 6

    green onions ( chopped; green tops)

  • Cook together:

  • 1

    # mild Italian sausage

  • 1

    # ground beef or turkey

  • 6

    green onions ( chopped; white part)

  • 1

    tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • dash of Tabasco

  • 1

    tsp garlic salt

  • 1

    tsp oregano

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1

    can spaghetti sauce

  • 8

    oz mozzarella cheese

Directions

Boil lasagna noodles. Once meat mixture is thoroughly cooked add: spaghetti sauce and heat until warm. In 9x 13 pan put a little meat sauce mixture in the bottom, layer noodles, cheese mixture, and repeat until all ingredients are used. 2- 3 layers Top with mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 30- 40 minutes.
