Easy Crock Pot Roast

(TIP: use leftovers for Enchiladas or Tacos)

Ingredients

  • 1 large beef roast
  • 2 pkgs lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 4- 5 russet potatoes
  • small bag carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Put roast in crockpot and add lipton onion soup, mushroom soup, and water over roast.
Add cubed potatoes and cut carrots.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until roast is tender.

The sauce is gravy.
