Ginger Lemon Marinade for Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soy Voy Chinese Marinade
  • 1 cup CM Apple Lemon Ginger juice
  • 1 cup Loriva Garlic Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined

Preparation

Step 1

Mix marinade, ginger juice, garlic oil, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.

Place shrimp in the bowl with the marinade. Combine thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours. Saute shrimp and marinade mixture in a large saute pan over high hear for approximately 5-8 minutes, or until shrimp turns a bright pinkish color.
