Ingredients
- 3 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 pkgs yeast or 4 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 7- 8 cups flour

Step 1
In your Kitchen Aid Mixer; mix together: water, sugar, and yeast.
Allow to rest and rise for 5- 10 minutes
Add: salt and oil, mix in
Add flour until slightly sticky

Knead for 10- 15 minutes
Let rise for 1 hours or until double in size
Punch down and divide into two greased cookie sheets and form into loaves.
Gash diagonally every 2 inches.
Brush wish 1 egg white and 1 Tbsp water; beaten until foamy
Bake 18- 25 minutes at 375 degrees
