Cheese Ball

  • 2 lbs. velveeta cheese
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • dash salt
  • chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

place cheese in large bowl. Allow cheeses to soften at room temperature. Mix well, then add nuts, garlic and salt. Shape into ball and roll in a chili powder. Wrap in foil. Chill until firm.

(mixture should be divided into 2 cheese balls.)
