Chocolate Fudge Turkeys

This easy chocolate fudge comes together in minutes. Different kinds of candy make an adorable chocolate turkey for each square. These are perfect treat to have the kids help you make on Thanksgiving Day.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter (8 Tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup Rodelle cocoa powder
- 1 Tablespoon Rodelle vanilla extract
- 5 Tablespoons milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 36 mini York Peppermint Patties
- 18 mini orange M&M's, halved
- 1 bag candy corn
- 72 edible candy eyes
- 2 ounces chocolate CandiQuik
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk in the cocoa powder and vanilla. Let cool slightly.
Pour into a mixing bowl and slowly beat in the milk and powdered sugar until a soft dough forms.
Line an 8x8 pan with foil and spray lightly with nonstick spray. Press the mixture into the pan evenly. Let set.
Remove the foil from the pan and cut the fudge into 36 squares.
Melt the CandiQuik in the microwave according to the package directions. Use a toothpick to spread a little chocolate on the back of the candy corn one at a time. Press onto the fudge square, letting it hang off slightly on the back.
Use the toothpick and chocolate to attach 2 edible eyes and a half of M&M to the front of each mini Peppermint Pattie. Let set before spreading chocolate on the back of the Peppermint Pattie and attaching to the fudge square and candy corn. Makes 36 fudge squares and candy turkeys.
