Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pastry shell, partially baked
- 2 (6-ounce) jars marinated artichokes
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (about 2 cups)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Step 1
Drain artichokes, reserving the marinade. Saute onion and garlic in marinade for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, and Tabasco. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion mixture. Pour into partially baked pastry shell and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
