Ingredients
- 2 lb. Frozen Cubed Hash Browns
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup melted Butter
- 1 pkg. Bacon
- Dash of Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté bacon & onions. Mix all ingredients together except melted butter. Place in a 13 x 9 pan (spray with Pam)
Pour melted butter over top before you cook.
Sprinkle extra cheese over top (doesn't call for this but Danielle always adds more cheese)
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes at 350 degrees
