Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
- 1 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel cheese
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter until mixture is smooth. Mix in milk, then fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into chocolate crust. Cover and freeze until firm. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or crush peanuts if desired.
