Aoili - Magic Artichoke Dipping Sauce

2018 - My favorite aoili I've tried to make for steamed artichokes. My first try with this recipe was with mayo, stone ground mustard and fresh squeezed lemon juice (1/2 lemon)....AMAZING!!

- 3 T mayonnaise (or greek yogurt)
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
