Ingredients
- 2 lb Ground Beef (Sirloin Preferred)
- 3 each Eggs, Large
- 1/3 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 each Shallots, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream (35%)
- As needed Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a large stainless steel paderno mixing bowl, combine all the above ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Make yourself a small burger patty and panfry to determine the appropriate seasoning. Form in a Paderno loaf pan Place meatloaf in the center of a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook until an internal temperature of 165 F is reached. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
