Ingredients
- 4 lbs. Chicken Breast with bones-- seasoned with garlic
- 2 onions chopped
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 yellow squash, chopped
- 2 Zucchini, chopped
- 6 Baby carrots chopped
- 1 package Williams chili seasoning
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes (or 3)
- 1 can chopped green chilis
- 2 cans jalapeno pinto beans
- 1 package frozen shoepeg corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can or frozen package of French style green beans
- Cilantro
- Tostados
Preparation
Step 1
Boil chicken on top of stove. When doe let cool. Discard skin and bones, cut up chicken and add next 5 ingredients. Cook until done, then add Williams chili seasoning. Add remaining ingredients and cook until heated through. Garnish with tostados and cilantro or pico di gallo on top.
