RAVIOLI

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 lb. ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • parmesan cheese
  • parsley, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • garlic, to taste
  • Dough:
  • 4 eggs flour
  • salt 1 tsp. oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together the ingredients for the filling.

Mix dough mixture together and roll out.

Dolop cheese mixture onto dough. Fold dough over. Cut into squares. Smash sides of squares with fork. Drop dough squares into boiling water and oil (additional - not the tsp. in the dough recipe), until ravioli floats.

Drain and add sauce.
