Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/2 pint fresh strawberries, halved
• 1 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
• 1/4 teaspoon honey

Preparation

Step 1

Place strawberries, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, tarragon, and honey in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth. Drizzle on your salad and store the rest in a sealed container in the fridge.
