Ingredients

  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • FILLING
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tlb butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients - chill until firm - form into 24 call.s Press into small cupcake tin. Fill with egg-nut mixture.


FILLING
Mix together egg, sugar, butter and vanilla. Place 1/2 of nuts in bottom of shells. Add mixture top with remaining nuts.
Bake 25 minutes at 350.


Makes 24.
