  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced(about 3 cups
  • 1 small purple onion, peeled and diced
  • 1-2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, loosely packed
  • juice of one lime

Preparation

Step 1

Toss all ingredients together until combined. Season with salt and pepper if needed.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
