Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 6-8 med. bananas
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup banana liquor
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
melt butter, add brown sugar and 2 tbsp rum. Stir over low heat until sugar melts. Cut bananas 1/2 lengthwise. Add to shillet and baste with hot syrup. sprinkle with cinnamon, add bannana liquor and remaning rum. Ignite, baste bananas with sauce to flame bananas out. Serve over icecream.
