Crockpot Chicken

This is a great, healthy meal that you can fix and forget.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
  • 1 bottle of Newman's Balsamic Dressing
  • 1 Vidalia onion, chopped
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Whole wheat pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Cover with tomatoes, onion, and season with italian seasoning. Pour dressing over all. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Cook pasta according to instructions. Serve chicken over pasta with your favorite vegetable on the side.
