Stephanie Vazquez's Delicious Stuffing

Very good stuffing made with stove top but has so much more. It is addictive!
Ingredients
- Stove top stuffing either turkey or chicken. I normally use three boxes but you can judge depending on how many people.
- One package of baby portobello mushrooms, sliced or diced to your preference
- 1 lb. Ground Italian sausage
- One large onion diced
- Olive oil or butter
- 1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained well
- 2 boxes Chicken stock in place of water stated on the stuffing box. Measure stock according to number of boxes of stuffing you are using.

Step 1
Remove sausage from casing. Heat skillet with butter or oil and fry up sausage until brown. Toss in onions cook until soft then add mushrooms. Once it is all cooked down and browned, throw ingredients into a pot big enough to hold all of the ingredients. Add the dry ingredients of stove top mix then add chicken stock according to the box.mix well after each additional ingredient is added. Add drained artichoke mix well. Cover and bake in a 350 degree for 15 or 2o minutes.
Depending on the consistency add more or less broth. You don't want it to dry when your mixing because it will ne really dry after baking.
