cup butter (no substitutes)
cups pastry flour or 2 cups cake flour
1. Set oven at 300 degrees. 2. Butter and flour 1 large or 2 small loaf pans. 3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 4. Beat in eggs one at a time. 5. When creamy fold in the flour and salt. 6. Spoon in pan/pans. 7. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
