- Horseradish Sauce:
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dry
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 pound halibut
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Step 1
1. In a medium bowl combine sour cream, mustard, garlic, horseradish, pepper, and salt, mix well. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl combine oregano, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder, and salt.
3. Lightly coat halibut with olive oil and dredge each fillet in the spice mixture. Grill on high heat for about 4 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with 1/4 cup of Horseradish Sauce.
