Ingredients
- Crumb topping:
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1 c. butter
- Cake:
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 t. vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven 350 F.
Mix crumb topping ingredients til crumbly; set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside. In large bowl, beat sugar and butter on low. Then increase to medium for 2". Reduce speed and add eggs one at a time. Combine milk and vanilla. Add to sugar mix alternating with flour mix.
Grease and flour 2 round cake pans. Pour mix into pans. Top with crumb topping mix and press down. Bake 40-45". Cool 15" on rack. Loosen with a spatula and invert on plate. Invert again on rack and cool completely.
