Preheat oven 350 F. Mix crumb topping ingredients til crumbly; set aside. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside. In large bowl, beat sugar and butter on low. Then increase to medium for 2". Reduce speed and add eggs one at a time. Combine milk and vanilla. Add to sugar mix alternating with flour mix. Grease and flour 2 round cake pans. Pour mix into pans. Top with crumb topping mix and press down. Bake 40-45". Cool 15" on rack. Loosen with a spatula and invert on plate. Invert again on rack and cool completely.
