Ingredients
- 1 small red chili, thinly sliced
- 3 1/4 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp finely shredded carrot
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
