Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. head green cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2/3 cup white wine (sub)
- 1 1/2 lbs. polish kielbasa cut into 3 inch long links
- 28 oz. can cut-up tomatoes with juice
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 3/4 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
2. Cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours, or until cabbage is tender.
