Low-FODMAP Creamy Parmesan Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness
  • 1/3 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Oven Roasted Garlic Oil (optional, if tolerated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Lightly grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.

Place chicken breasts in the prepared pan.

In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic oil and pepper. Spread evenly over each chicken breast.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and chicken is done.
