Ingredients
- Sea Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp potato flour or quinoa flour
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup veg broth
Preparation
Step 1
Sauce preparation:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Add liquid ingredients and mix well, ensure there are no lumps.
Stir fry tofu, chicken, etc. Remove from pan.
Stir fry veggies, garlic, ginger. Add sauce mixture and bring to a boil. Add meat and heat through.
