Ingredients
- 1 envelope Beefy Onion Recipe and Soup Mix
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup ketchup, plus additional for topping
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. In a large shallow baking dish, shape into a loaf.
Bake 45 minutes. Top with ketchup and bake an additional 15 minutes.
