    plums

  • 1

    cup nonfat milk

  • 3

    tablespoons honey - (to 4 tbspns)

  • 1

    tablespoon lime juice

  • 1/2

    cup ice

Directions

Cut plums in half and remove pits. Puree fruit in blender with milk, honey and lime juice until smooth. Add ice and puree. Pour into 2 glasses and serve right away. This recipe yields 2 servings. Each serving: 202 calories; 74 mg sodium; 2 mg cholesterol; 1 gram fat; 46 grams carbohydrates; 6 grams protein; 0.59 gram fiber.
